I am thankful for Yoga because it is so broad that it is limitless and diversified.

Yoga allows me to explore a variety of new things that helps me improve my mental and physical health.

As I learned Yoga my knowledge grew. Yoga also allowed me to reach people that helped me build a loving and caring community.
