Finding where I belong
To be able to live this life that I do is just really beyond my wildest dreams.
In the past, I tried to be something, someone, trying to find myself because I feel that who I am is not enough. It is always a struggle, I had several heartbreaks because I do not know who I was and I cannot get away from myself.
Now, I feel harmony, joy, and no stress. I no longer have the feeling of emptiness and trying to belong because I already found where I belong - my family. It' is beautiful, more than words can express.
I can embrace the love given to me and give it back. I no longer have to destroy it.
Today on our YOGA session we focus on the blood circulation on the foot (not a treatment but to activate the feet).
Foot massage yoga and forward bend - it helps improves circulation, reduces tension, and eases pain.
