Why I am grateful for Yoga
I am grateful for Yoga, a beautiful tool for keeping our body’s balance and good metabolism.
Yoga also helps you with the system of “checking in”. In the Western world, we get pushed beyond our capacity, which can result in burnout.
I learned from Yoga that if I am tired, I should rest.
Yoga helps me understand that on some days, my body is as not as strong as the other days. To love and care for it when it is fragile.
Each people have traits and characters, which are beautiful in their ways. I am very grateful that I learned that from Yoga. I also learned to respect my body and spirit.
Today we focus on wide leg forward bend that helps relieves stress and tension in your neck and shoulders.
