Yoga helps me get back to my core
I am grateful with YOGA, it reminds be to get back to my inner self.
I feel like I get easily get lost with all the noise and external factors that sometimes we tend to be eaten by it. Especially when a lot of things are happening, Yoga helps me to think, get back to myself to choose what is important.
